WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you buy an animal from us and your circumstances change and you need to rehome it, we can help you. Unfortunately, we can't take the animal back due to virus/quarantine issues. There are other ways we can help, so contact us if you need help!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately we can NOT ship internationally. Any live reptiles cant be imported or exported. It is Illegal in Australia.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept Card, Cash (On pickup) and Bank transfers for all our animals/products.
