The Brisbane Reptile Expo, founded in 2023, was born out of a passion for reptiles and a desire to bring enthusiasts together. Initially, we anticipated around 1,000 attendees over the weekend, but to our delight, the event attracted over 5,000 visitors, highlighting the community's enthusiasm and interest. Originally held at the Morayfield Sports and Event Centre, the overwhelming response prompted us to seek a larger venue. By the second year, we relocated to the Northside Wizards Basketball Stadium, where we have continued to grow and thrive. The expo has since evolved into a premier event, offering a rich blend of educational seminars, interactive exhibits, and a diverse showcase of reptile species, uniting enthusiasts from all walks of life in celebration of these fascinating creatures.
